For over 14 years, our team has worked hands-on with Canon Steppers, TEL Track and Applied Materials systems across the semiconductor industry — building deep familiarity with each platform's quirks, failure modes and process windows.
Whether you're starting a new fab, expanding capacity, or troubleshooting existing tools, we offer practical engineering help backed by a wide inventory of spare parts for AMAT, TEL/DNS Track, and Canon Stepper.

Lithography 2nd-source parts development
Began developing and supplying alternative-source spare parts for Canon Stepper systems.
TEL Track refurbish & relocation launched
Expanded capability to include Tokyo Electron coater/developer track systems — Mark5 through Mark8.
Canon Stepper refurbish & relocation launched
Established full refurbishment line for Canon FPA-series steppers, supporting end-to-end relocations.
AMAT refurbish & relocation launched
